Health

On this website we will post many articles and updates related to health. Some will be long and others will be short. These updates will come from various sources where we have learned “our truth” about health. How do we know them to be true? Because we have experienced the results first hand with our own bodies. The right way to do it. Not blindly following some cherry picked “Health Study” funded by a food or pharmaceutical corporation.

The real truth about health is not found in the mainstream. You won’t find it in a Harvard study or on the first three pages of Google. The truth about health and the human body is being discovered by real people doing “human clinical trials” on themselves and their families.

It is not normal to have elective surgery. Before you go under the knife, ask yourself what is causing pain in your body. Do some research. Surround yourself with people who have fixed their health issues by changing their diet. It will be an eye opening experience that will be hard to wrap your head around. When you learn how most mainstream health advice got its start, it will blow your mind.

Ignorance is bliss. If you don’t know about something, you don’t worry about it. It’s that simple.

If you’re still overwhelmed, write something. Its therapeutic.

Life is only as chaotic as you make it.
