If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us.
We will refund you the full purchase price of the product minus any return shipping costs as soon as we receive and inspect the item.
All we ask is that you send the item back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition as when you received it.
What does this mean?
Any item we sell that is a standard stock item will fall under this guarantee. This includes all sizes and colors of products that we stock on any given day. Non-stock items (custom & special order products) will be marked accordingly on their respective product page.
Please make sure all returned items are carefully packed and that you have received a tracking number for each item. We cannot be responsible for any lost items during shipping back to our warehouse.

As much as we would like to, CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDERS CANNOT BE REFUNDED.
